This application ("Hermes — Personal Assistant") is a personal automation tool used exclusively by its owner, Eduardo Cardoso, to manage their own Google account.
The application reads, organizes, and manages the owner's own email (Gmail), calendar events (Google Calendar), files (Google Drive), and contacts (Google Contacts), strictly to perform personal-assistant tasks requested by the owner.
All data access is limited to automating tasks the owner explicitly requests — such as reading and categorizing email, managing calendar events, and organizing files. No automated decisions are made about the owner without their involvement.
No data is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. All data remains within the owner's Google account and their own private infrastructure.
No email, calendar, or file content is stored outside the owner's Google account and their private servers. Access tokens are stored securely on the owner's own machine.
Access to the Google account is obtained via OAuth 2.0 with the minimum necessary scopes, authorized directly by the account owner.
